PNG of the final compiled art (size A4).
PNG of the poca itself (size 8,5 x 5,5 cm).
PNG of the chibi/s (if ordered).
You can get the PNG of the charms if you ask beforehand.
All files are in 300 DPI. Sizes vary.

GENERAL
I have the right to turn down commissions.
Fanart commissions are allowed provided it doesn't break the franchise's ToS.
PAYMENT
Payment is upfront and full.
No refunds.
International commissions are processed through VGen.
Local commissions are processed through this google form, payment through BCA transfer.
WORKFLOW
Work time is around 4 weeks (though bear with me if the work time extends a little bit, I am new to this). Thank you for understanding.
Workflow and revision allowance are as such: Sketching period (3x revision), rendering/finalization period (1x minor revision).
If there are more revisions than previously stated there will be additional fees.
Any major revision after the sketching period will also have additional fees.
Commission result will be sent via e-mail. The files you will recieve are: PNG of the final compiled art (size A4), PNG of the poca itself (size 8,5 x 5,5 cm), and PNG of the chibi(s) (if ordered). All files are in 300 DPI.
Please inform me which files you need to be sent if you want the PNGs of the charms (details can be found in Deliverables).
Please send me detailed references in one compiled file (docs/PPT).
For chibis: Some design elements will be simplified for the chibi art to adjust to my chibi art style.
COMMUNICATION
Please contact me through discord (deydenier) or twitter, though it is much preferred if you use discord, since my Twitter has notification issues.
Please respond within 3 days of the sketch being sent or else your place in the queue will be deprioritized to those who respond faster.
All commission progress and queue list are updated in my Trello.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Commissioned art cannot be used for AI/ML and/or NFTs purposes.
Personal/non-commercial only, though commercial prices can be negotiated privately.
I reserve the right to produce merchandise of the commissioned art (unless the client has paid for the commercial fee).Profiting off (such as reproducing and/or selling) of commissioned artwork (without commercial fee) is prohibited.
Client is allowed to repost their commissioned work as long as they credit me.
Edits of commissioned work are allowed if you inform me first.
PRIVACY AGREEMENT
I am allowed to post the work-in-progress and/or the final result of the commissioned artwork. Please tell me if you have a problem with any of this so we can avoid any miscommunications.
NDA commissions/private commissions will require additional fees.
